Publishing and community

Write it once. Social Jinni sends it everywhere.

Connect every social account you own, compose one message, and publish it to all of them. Each channel gets a version that fits it, and every reply comes back into one inbox.

Your accounts, your API access, your content — on infrastructure you control.

What Social Jinni does

One place to publish, and one place to hear back. Nothing here needs a shared account of ours, because you connect your own.

Channels you can connect

Facebook Pages, Instagram and YouTube are ready now. The rest are in development, and each one appears here only once it works against a real account.

Questions people ask

What is Social Jinni?
Social Jinni is a publishing and community tool for organisations that run their own social channels. You compose a message once, it is adapted and published to every channel you have connected, and the replies come back into a single inbox.
Which social networks can I connect?
Facebook Pages, Instagram and YouTube can be connected today. The list on this page is generated from the same catalogue the product uses, so a network appears there only once its connector works against a real account.
Do I need my own developer account with each network?
Yes, and that is deliberate. You register your own application with each network and connect it to Social Jinni, so your access to your own audience is yours and does not depend on ours. It is an extra setup step, and it is what keeps you in control of your own accounts.
What does Social Jinni cost?
There is no charge from Social Jinni to use the platform itself, and no per-post fee. You remain responsible for any costs charged by the networks you connect and by wherever you host the software.
Who owns the content I publish?
You do. Social Jinni stores your content so it can publish it and show it back to you, and does not claim any rights over it. Your posts remain yours to move, export or delete.
How is this different from a hosted social media tool?
Two ways. The software runs on infrastructure you control, so your content and your audience list are not held in someone else's platform. And because you connect your own API applications, your ability to publish does not stop if a third-party service is suspended or changes its terms.
